Our new yogurt culture range is the result of many years of extensive screening. The strategic decision to invest in a new innovation and application center in Wageningen has played an important part in achieving this goal. It provided us the opportunity to increase our innovation in the yogurt segment.
WAGENINGEN AT THE HEART OF OUR DEVELOPMENT
Our Research & Development center in Wageningen has a well-equipped laboratory, covering microbiology, application development, fermentation technology. The state-of-the-art pilot plant is set up for production development. Talent and technology come together and are stimulated by the close connection to the Wageningen University. For efficiency and continuity an automated mini-fermentation robot has been installed, allowing hundreds of experiments to be carried out simultaneously.
