We create, sustain and preserve lactic acid bacterial cultures in a growing number of countries. Our intimate knowledge of bacterial cultures makes us guardians and keepers as well as creators and innovators of taste.
In addition to a growing international customer base, CSK also actively builds global partnerships. For example, we work closely with various partners such as NIZO Food Research, Wageningen University and Teagasc Moorepark Ireland on various projects for fundamental research.
