WAGENINGEN – Royal CSK food enrichment, the 'taste maker' of virtually all known dairy products in the Netherlands, has solidly confirmed its commitment to innovation with its new location on the Wagening campus in the Netherlands.

Says Sanne Melles, Managing Director of CSK, ‘The Wageningen University and Research campus is the perfect location for us. Its position as number 1 worldwide in the field of agritech and food innovation makes it the best possible location for a company that takes innovation seriously. That is why we have located our marketing department, sales and R&D activities in the Plus Ultra building in the heart of the Wageningen Campus.

We held our official opening ceremony on the 30th of November, 2017, with some inspirational sessions on the subject of ‘taste’, the domain we will be focusing on more than ever in the coming years. The essence of millions of kilos of cheese, yoghurt and other dairy products is determined by our bacterial cultures. CSK creates, reaches and preserves cultures with cultures.

But we don’t stop at genuine Dutch Gouda. Building on our modern production facility in Leeuwarden and the expertise of almost 200 colleagues in the Netherlands, Poland and other European countries, we reach a turnover of 60 million euros in 40 countries on 4 continents, with cheese, yoghurt and other dairy products. As well as bacterial cultures, we provide rennet, cheese coatings and other ingredients.

We firmly believe in enjoying great dairy tastes together and we are proud of the leading role we play in this. After all, taste can build a bridge between products and markets. Taste can build a bridge between consumers and strong dairy brands. And for us, the Wageningen Campus is where this will all happen.’
