Our research, sales and marketing departments are constantly active in developing and sourcing new ingredients.

We remain focused on applying new ingredients in dairy products. A few examples follow below:

  • Conditioning: coatings that regulate moisture in the cheese and are thus effective at cost-saving and improving flavour.
  • Cultures: in addition to the traditional acidification of cheese, CSK has developed cultures that complement the product's natural flavour.
  • Coagulants:microbial coagulants are introduced to optimise cheese quality in a cost effective way with improved cheese yield.   

CSK's style is also characterised by its short time-to-market approach. If you need ingredients, which are not available in our current product range, we can source the ingredients you require.
