Flavour Wheel: the Flavour Wheel allows you to test out various flavours of cheese. We provide Gouda cheeses in a variety of flavours: sweet, cowshed/farmhouse flavours, strong fermented, yeasty, alcohol notes and combinations of these. We use the Flavour Wheel to determine the flavour profile together with the customer. Subsequently, CSK provides a suitable selection from the culture range or develops a tailor-made culture.

Prototypes and sensory analysis: the CSK team will create the flavour you require. To find the right ‘mood’, we work with prototypes and by using sensory analysis we define the right directions to pursue in terms of taste, texture, colour and appearance.
